นครพนม - อ.ศรีสงคราม จัดใหญ่งานเทศกาลกินปลา ประจำปี 2558 เผยเป็นตลาดปลาน้ำโขงที่ใหญ่สุดในภาคอีสาน

นายกนก ศรีวิชัยนันท์ นายอำเภอศรีสงคราม จังหวัดนครพนม เปิดเผยว่า ระหว่างวันที่ 17-21 ธ.ค.58 ชาวบ้านจากชุมชนต่างๆ ในพื้นที่ อ.ศรีสงคราม จ.นครพนม รวม 10 ชุมชน ต่างพากันประดับตกแต่งขบวนแห่หุ่นปลายักษ์ ที่ร่วมกันสร้างขึ้นด้วยสีสัน ความสวยงาม จากภูมิปัญญาชาวบ้าน ซึ่งมีความสมจริง ทั้งสีสัน รวมถึงสามารถเคลื่อนไหวได้ เพื่อร่วมในขบวนแห่ส่งเข้าประกวดในงานมหกรรมเทศกาลปลาลุ่มน้ำสงคราม ประจำปี 2558 ที่จัดขึ้นเป็นครั้งที่ 15 ถือเป็นงานประเพณีสำคัญของ อ.ศรีสงคราม จ.นครพนม

ทั้งนี้ เนื่องจากเป็นพื้นที่ติดกับลำน้ำสงคราม ลำน้ำสาขาแม่น้ำโขงสายสำคัญ ที่เป็นแหล่งเพาะพันธุ์ปลาที่สำคัญของแม่น้ำโขง ทำให้อำเภอศรีสงคราม เป็นตลาดปลาน้ำโขงที่ใหญ่ที่สุดของภาคอีสาน โดยในขบวนแห่จะมีการจัดแสดงศิลปวัฒนธรรม ประเพณีท้องถิ่น รวมถึงการรณรงค์ ประชาสัมพันธ์สร้างจิตสำนึกให้ประชาชนหันมาร่วมกันอนุรักษ์พันธุ์ปลาให้เกิดความอุดมสมบูรณ์ อีกทั้งเป็นการส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยว ให้ประชาชน นักท่องเที่ยวได้เดินทางมาเที่ยวชมงาน

สำหรับอำเภอศรีสงคราม จ.นครพนม ถือเป็นอีกอำเภอหนึ่งที่มีอาณาเขตติดกับแม่น้ำสงคราม ที่เป็นแม่น้ำสายสำคัญ ทำให้ปัจจุบันอำเภอศรีสงคราม ยังคงมีความผูกพันกับลำน้ำสงคราม รวมถึงยังมีชาวบ้านส่วนใหญ่ที่ยึดถืออาชีพทำประมงหาปลาสร้างรายได้เป็นหลัก

ดังนั้น อำเภอศรีสงคราม จึงได้เล็งเห็นความสำคัญ จึงร่วมกับทุกภาคส่วน หน่วยงานภาครัฐ เอกชน และประชาชนในพื้นที่ได้มีการสืบสาน สร้างจิตสำนึก ปลูกฝังให้ประชาชนในพื้นที่หันมาสนใจ หวงแหน อนุรักษ์ระบบนิเวศของลุ่มน้ำสงครามให้มีความอุดมสมบูรณ์ ป้องกันปัญหาปลาสูญพันธุ์ต่อเนื่องทุกปี

ช่วงประมาณเดือนตุลาคม-ธันวาคม ชาว อ.ศรีสงคราม จึงมีการจัดงานประเพณีสำคัญที่จัดสืบทอดกันมายาวนาน คือ งานมหกรรมเทศกาลปลาลุ่มน้ำสงคราม เพื่อเป็นการอนุรักษ์วัฒนธรรม ประเพณี วิถีชีวิต รวมถึงเป็นแหล่งการท่องเที่ยว ศึกษาความเป็นอยู่ของชาวลุ่มน้ำสงครามที่มีชีวิตผูกพันกับแม่น้ำสงคราม ที่เป็นแหล่งน้ำหล่อเลี้ยงชีวิตมาตั้งแต่อดีตถึงปัจจุบัน ตลอดจนส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยว

ส่วนไฮไลต์ของงานจะมีในวันที่ 19 ธ.ค.58 มีการจัดประกวดหุ่นปลาขนาดยักษ์ที่มีการประดับตกแต่งให้เหมือนปลาธรรมชาติมากที่สุด และมีการเคลื่อนไหวได้สมจริง แห่ไปตามถนนในเขตเทศบาลตำบลศรีสงคราม พร้อมจัดแสดงศิลปวัฒนธรรม วิถีชีวิตชาวลุ่มน้ำสงคราม ถือเป็นจุดขายที่สร้างความสนใจให้แก่ประชาชน และนักท่องเที่ยวที่มาเที่ยวชมจำนวนมากทุกปี

นอกจากนี้ ในงานจะมีการแสดงจำหน่ายสินค้าผลิตภัณฑ์จากปลา เมนูอาหารจากปลาลุ่มน้ำสงคราม อาหารแปรรูปจากปลา ตลาดนัดปลาสด การจัดประกวดซุ้มวิถีชีวิตความเป็นอยู่ของคนในชุมชน การประกวดขบวนแห่หุ่นปลาลุ่มน้ำสงครามของชุมชน จำนวน 10 ขบวน

พร้อมการแสดงศิลปวัฒนธรรมของชาวอำเภอศรีสงคราม และการแสดงนิทรรศการต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องต่อปลาลุ่มน้ำสงคราม ให้ประชาชน และนักท่องเที่ยวได้เที่ยวชม ศึกษา สัมผัสวิถีชีวิตความเป็นอยู่ของชาว อ.ศรีสงคราม และชิมรสชาติเมนูเด็ดอาหารจากปลาลุ่มน้ำสงคราม
