• ซอฟต์แวร์ระบบ ( system software ) หมายถึง ชุดคำสั่งที่ทำหน้าที่ควบคุมการทำงานของเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ และอุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วงต่างๆ และทำหน้าที่เป็นตัวกลางระหว่างผู้ใช้กับเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์
ซอฟต์แวร์ระบบแบ่งออกเป็น
