จัดให้มีการ Internal Audit ตามแผน เพื่อทำการทวนสอบระบบจัดการด้านความปลอดภัยอาหาร หากผลการทวนสอบไม่สอดคล้องต้องดำเนินการแก้ไข และวิเคราะห์ผลกิจกรรมการทวนสอบ และรายงานผู้บริหารเข้าสู่การประชุมทบทวนฝ่ายบริหารและใช้ข้อมูลปรับระบบให้ทันสมัย
