บทคัดย่อ
ปัจจุบันจำนวนประชากรในประเทศไทยมีจำนวนเพิ่มมากขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่องจึงส่งผลให้ยานพาหนะมีบทบาทสำคัญมีการใช้กันอย่างแพร่หลายตั้งแต่ส่วนบุคคล ธุรกิจต่างๆ และธุรกิจอุตสาหกรรมทำให้เกิดรูปแบบของยานพาหนะที่หลากหลายเพื่อตอบสนองการใช้งานสิ่งที่จำเป็นทำให้เกิดความพร้อมในการใช้งานของยานพาหนะ คือสภาพอายุของชิ้นส่วนแต่ละชิ้นที่ประกอบกันเป็นยานพาหนะ โดยเฉพาะชิ้นส่วนสำคัญที่จำเป็นต่อการขับขี่เพื่อความปลอดภัย หนึ่งในชิ้นส่วนที่สำคัญ คือระบบควบคุมทิศทางรถยนต์ ระบบพวงมาลัยเพาเวอร์โดยใช้แรงดันน้ำมันไฮรดรอลิก (Hydraulic Power Steering) จากปั๊มน้ำมันเพื่อให้เกิดแรงดันในระบบ อุตสาหกรรมการผลิตข้อต่อในชุดปั๊มพวงมาลัยเพาเวอร์จึงมีความต้องการใช้ชิ้นส่วนนี้เป็นจำนวนมากทำให้มีผลต่อกำลังการผลิตที่ไม่สามารถผลิตได้ตามความต้องการใช้งานที่มีปริมาณมาก จึงทำให้ชิ้นส่วนในระบบนี้ไม่เพียงพอต่อความต้องการของลูกค้า จึงนำมาสู่วิธีการวิเคราะห์การปฏิบัติงานเพื่อลดความสูญเปล่าในกระบวนการประกอบชุดปั๊มพวงมาลัยเพาเวอร์
