การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการจัดการภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในศูนย์เครือข่ายที่ 8 อำเภอพิมาย จังหวัดนครราชสีมา ใน 4 ด้านประกอบด้วย ด้านการมีอิทธิพลเชิงอุดมการณ์ ด้านการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ ด้านการกระต้นทางปัญญา ด้านการคำนึงถึงความเป็นปัจเจกบุคคล ประชากรในการศึกษาคือครูโรงเรียนในศูนย์เครือข่ายที่ 8 อำเภอพิมาย จังหวัดนครราชสีมา จำนวน 499 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นแบบสอบถามสร้างขึ้นเอง ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น0.90 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยการหาความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่าครูมีความคิดเห็นต่อภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในศูนย์เครือข่ายที่ 8 อำเภอพิมาย จังหวัดนครราชสีมา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อยคือ ด้านการคำนึงถึงความเป็นปัจเจกบุคคล ด้านการมีอิทธิพลเชิงอุดมการณ์ ด้านการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ ด้านการกระต้นทางปัญญา
