According to our staff found issue with Hatyai immigration officer yesterday (19-Oct-2015) while entering to airport, the immigration is seriously with this issued which is many times they found. As you know company shall be liable to a fine THB 60,000-300,000 or the represent office shall punished with imprisonment 3-10 years or both and the traveler shall be liable to a find THB 5,000.
To be avoided these issues please make sure that following:-
1) The client understand the process of us to require our FSR a couple week before traveling date or 1 week at lease, we need time to process to local labour office for DOE approval 15 working days before travelling on basis ( 3-5 working days in urgent case before travelling date depend on DOE approval).
2) Forward the FSR requirement email or inform to HR or Admin staff to provide the documents as enclosed to DOE officer as soon as you receive client email.
3) In case offshore working, our FSR need to show the visa, work permit & JN.12 (DOE’s transit document) to immigration officer when entering to airport and identify passport by themselves to the Labour office within 15 working days from the return date to country.
PS. This time the immigration ignores, and next time they said ‘No More’.
