บทคัดย่อ

ในการฝึกงานครั้งนี้ เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการศึกษาตามหลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง สาขาเทคโนโลยีข้าว ซึ่งมีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อให้นักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้ เพิ่มทักษะ ประสบการณ์ทำงาน การบริหารจัดการ พัฒนาวิชาชีพตามสภาพปฏิบัติงานจริงในสถานประกอบการ 2) เพื่อให้นักศึกษาได้ทราบถึงปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นจริงในการปฏิบัติงาน และสามารถจัดการกับปัญหาได้อย่างเหมาะสม 3) เพื่อให้นักศึกษามีความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ มีระเบียบวินัย สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ 4) เพื่อให้นักศึกษามีเจตคติที่ดีต่อการทำงาน มีความภาคภูมิใจในวิชาชีพ
เกิดแรงจูงใจในการประกอบอาชีพต่อไป เมื่อสำเร็จการศึกษา 5) เพื่อสร้างความเป็นหุ้นส่วนในการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาร่วมกันระหว่างสถานศึกษากับสถานประกอบการสถานที่ในการฝึกงานของข้าพเจ้าได้แก่ ศูนย์เรียนรู้เครือข่ายกสิกรรมไร้สารพิษละโว้ธานี ซึ่งตั้งอยู่ที่ 134 หมู่ 2 ตำบลท่าวุ้ง อำเภอท่าวุ้ง จังหวัดลพบุรี 15150 เป็นสถานประกอบการประเภท ศูนย์เรียนรู้และจัดจำหน่ายข้าวกล้องอินทรีย์ ในส่วนของข้าพเจ้าได้ฝึกงานในตำแหน่ง พนักงานทั่วไป ซึ่งทำหน้าที่ 1) ดูแลแปลงนาข้าวสาธิต 2) บรรจุข้าวสารหอมมะลิขนาด 5 กิโลกรัม 3) รดน้ำกล้าข้าวพันธุ์ต่างๆ เช้า – เย็น
4) ทำงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน
