ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ด้านความสำเร็จตามวัตถุประสงค์ ชุมชนเทศบาลตำบลหาดอาษา สามารถสร้างและใช้แผนที่ทางเดินยุทธศาสตร์ในการขับเคลื่อนการดำเนินงานสร้างเสริมสุขภาพและป้องกันโรคในชุมชนรวมถึงสามารถเขียนโครงการแก้ไขปัญหาสุขภาพได้ด้วยตนเองและผ่านการเห็นชอบจากคณะกรรมการกองทุนสุขภาพตำบล ด้านความคุ้มค่าใช้งบประมาณ พบว่ากองทุนสุขภาพตำบลมีความมั่นใจต่อผลการพิจารณาจัดสรรงบประมาณและเกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดต่อชุมชน และด้านความพึงพอใจ พบว่าแกนนำชุมชนมีความพึงพอใจในกระบวนการใช้เครื่องมือแผนที่ทางเดินยุทธศาสตร์และการเขียนโครงการ ร้อยละ 100 รวมถึงคณะกรรมการกองทุนสุขภาพตำบลซึ่งเป็นผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียในชุมชนมีความพึงพอใจต่อรูปแบบการเขียนโครงการแก้ไขปัญหาสุขภาพร้อยละ100 เนื่องจากเป็นโครงการที่สามารถเขียนโครงการตอบปัญหาได้กับความต้องการของชุมชน รวมถึง
