Social Media หรือ Social Network เครือช่ายทางสังคมที่คนแทบจะทุกเพศทุกวัยต้องมีใช้กันในสังคมปัจจุบันนี้ ทั้งผ่านเว็บไซต์ Facebook Twitter ฯลฯ ก็ตาม ได้กลายมาเป็นวิถีชีวิตของคนเราในอีกรูปแบบหนึ่ง ซึ่งไหนๆ เราก็ได้ใช้สื่อเหล่านี้ทุกวันแล้ว มาดูไอเดียดีๆ ว่าเราจะต้องทำอย่างไรถึงใช้โซเชียลมีเดียแล้วก่อให้เกิดความสุขกับชีวิตเราได้
