This is the second reminder from Wong Amat Tower Long-Beach Co., Ltd. We would like to invite you for the hand over and transfer ownership of your unit in the W Tower Wongamat condominium. Before the unit ownership transfer registration, we would like you to make inspection of your unit. Please kindly confirm your most convenient date for unit inspection via [e-mail]

Due to high number of inspection requests at the same period of high season in Thailand, we would like to invite you to make an appointment as soon as possible to obtain confirmation of your convenient time for the inspection of your purchased unit as the appointment will be confirmed on first come – first serve basis.

On completion of the inspection process, you are kindly requested to pay the final balance on your unit according to your Condominium Unit Purchase Agreement. You may then collect your keys, sign for handover, take occupancy of your unit and receive title deed.

Please be sure to bring the following items for the inspection & handover process:

1. A copy of your Condominium Unit Purchase Agreement.
2. A valid passport or identification card that matches owner name as per signed contract (or company registration documents, if applicable). In case of sending another person to conduct the handover process on your behalf, this person will have to provide a signed power of attorney notice.
