เขตเพลิงไหม้
มาตรา 56 เมื่อเกิดเพลิงไหม้ในบริเวณใดอันเข้าลักษณะเป็นเขตเพลิงไหม้ ให้เจ้าพนักงานท้องถิ่นประกาศแสดง

ในการป้องกันอัคคีภัย การสาธารณสุข การรักษาคุณภาพสิ่งแวดล้อม การผังเมือง การสถาปัตยกรรม และการอำนวยความ

มาตรา 59 ในกรณีที่มีการประกาศไม่ปรับปรุงเขตเพลิงไหม้แล้ว ให้การห้ามตามมาตรา 57 วรรคหนึ่ง เป็นอัน
ยกเลิก
ในกรณีที่มีการประกาศปรับปรุงเขตเพลิงไหม้แล้ว ให้มีการห้ามตามมาตรา 57 วรรคหนึ่ง ยังคงมีผลใช้บังคับต่อไป

ปรับปรุงเขตเพลิงไหม้ซึ่งขัดกับแผนผังดังกล่าว ให้เป็นอันยกเลิก
ให้นำมาตรา 40 มาตรา 42 และมาตรา 43 มาใช้บังคับแก่การฝ่าฝืนบทบัญญัติในวรรคหนึ่งโดยอนุโลม
