พงศกร เมตตาริกานนท์" (ชื่อเล่น: เต้ย) เกิดเมื่อวันที่ 25 กุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. 2535 ที่จังหวัดอำนาจเจริญ เป็นบุตรชายของ นาย พิชาญ ลี้ประกอบบุญ และเป็นหลานชาย ของ นายธนา เมตตาริกานนท์ อดีตรองประธานสภาผู้แทนราษฎร และนางเก็จแก้ว เมตตาริกานนท์ มีพี่น้องสามคน เต้ยเป็นลูกชายคนโต น้องคนรองเป็นผู้หญิง ชื่อนางสาวอรอุมา เมตตาริกานนท์ หรือ ตวง และน้องคนเล็กเป็นผู้ชาย ชื่อนายธนาตย์ เมตตาริกานนท์ หรือ ตัง [1]
