ประชากรที่ใช้ในครั้งนี้ คือ นายธชย ประทุมวรรณ เป็นศิลปินที่สร้างสรรค์ผลงานโดยการน าเพลงไทย
มาร้องผสมผสานกับเพลงไทยสากล ซึ่งผลงานในขณะนี้เป็นที่ยอมรับและชื่นชอบในวงการเพลงไทย
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) การน าเพลงไทยไปร้องผสมผสานในเพลงไทยสากล ของ นายธชย ปทุมวรรณ
จากการศึกษาพบว่า นายธชย ประทุมวรรณจึงมีความตั้งใจที่จะน าเสนอเพลงไทยโดยการสร้างสรรค์การคิดแบบ
ใหม่และประยุกต์ให้เข้ากับยุคสมัยในปัจจุบัน เพื่อให้เกิดมิติใหม่ระหว่างเพลงไทยเดิมและเพลงไทยสากลและ
ให้เป็นที่ยอมรับของวงการเพลงในปัจจุบัน (2) แนวคิดการท าเพลง ของ นายธชย ประทุมวรรณ จากการศึกษา
พบว่า นายธชย ประทุมวรรณ มีแนวทางในการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานเพลงอย่างชัดเจน น าของเก่ามาผสมกับ
