I'm so sorry to hear about this color issue.We have planned the 100% rescreening about our existing stock and do the sorting .
At your Aug. visiting,we have disscussed this color issue.Due to our current distribution difference between the bar ,the part color will be varied at least 3 limits ,so you make your current part as the 下限.In fact ,the limits of 中限 and 下限 is very closer.So our part will occur that some part color limit will go beyond the your approval 上限 even close the 上上限.And pls help us confirm again whether this color limits can broaden to 上上限.
And you know we donn't have a objective judgement method rather than visual recognition .I think it will lead to personal error when we need do strict color recognition.Pls help us get a more reasonal color recognition method,such as how your prevoius supplier do the color control.You just give them 2 limits for satin chrome color boundary?
