บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทดสอบประสิทธิภาพของเกล็ดไคโตซานที่มีผลต่อการบำบัดน้ำเสีย โดยนำน้ำเสียที่มีส่วนผสมของน้ำมัน 3 ชนิด คือ น้ำมันพืช น้ำมันเครื่อง และ น้ำมันหล่อลื่นมาใช้ในการทดลอง ทำการทดสอบประสิทธิภาพของเกล็ดไคโตซานโดยการตรวจสอบลักษณะทางกายภาพ จากการสังเกตความขุ่น สี และกลิ่น รวมทั้งตรวจสอบลักษณะทางเคมี จากการวัดค่าความเป็นกรดด่าง(pH) ของน้ำเสียที่มีส่วนผสมของไขมันทั้งสามชนิด ก่อนและหลังทำการทดลองด้วยเกล็ดไคโตซาน ปริมาณ 1 กรัม 2 กรัม และ 3 กรัม ต่อน้ำและน้ำมันสามชนิดที่ผสมกันในอัตราส่วน 1:1 , 2:1 และ 3:1 พบว่าน้ำเสียมีคุณภาพดีขึ้นหลังจากการบำบัดด้วยเกล็ดไคโตซาน คือ มีค่าความเป็นกรดด่าง(pH) ที่เป็นกลางมากขึ้น และมีปริมาณไขมันทั้งสามชนิดลดลงอย่างเห็นได้ชัด โดยจากการศึกษา พบว่า ปริมาณเกล็ดไคโตซานที่ใช้ในการทดลองที่มีประสิทธิภาพที่สุด คือ เกล็ดไคโตซานปริมาณ 3 กรัม รองลงมาคือ เกล็ดไคโตซานปริมาณ 2 กรัม และ 1 กรัม ตามลำดับ และ พบว่าอัตราส่วนของน้ำและน้ำมันทั้งสามชนิดที่มีประสิทธิภาพในการทดลองมากที่สุด คือ อัตราส่วน 3:1 รองลงมา คือ อัตราส่วน 2:1 และ อัตราส่วน 1:1 ตามลำดับ

Abstract This research aims to test the effectiveness of chitosan flakes affecting wastewater treatment. The waste water is a mixture of three types of fuel oil and lubricating oil used in the experiment. Test the effectiveness of chitosan flakes by monitoring physical characteristics. The observed turbidity, color and odor as well as checking the chemical characteristics. The measure acidity (pH) of water with a mixture of three types of fat. Before and after experimenting with chitosan flakes of 1 g 2 g and 3 g of water and oil, three kinds mixed in a ratio of 1: 1, 2: 1 and 3: 1 found that water quality improved. Treatment with chitosan flakes are the acidity (pH) more neutral. There are three types of fat and decreased markedly. The study found that the scale of chitosan used in the trial effectively is chitosan flakes 3 grams is a minor scale of chitosan dose of 2 g and 1 g, respectively, and the ratio of water. and three kinds of fuel efficient in most trials, the ratio of 3: 1, followed by the ratio of 2: 1 and 1: 1 respectively.
