กรณีได้รับสิทธิตามมาตรา 30 วัตถุดิบ

กรณีได้รับสิทธิตามมาตรา 30 วัตถุดิบหรือวัสดุจำเป็นนั้นจะต้องใช้เฉพาะในกิจการที่ได้รับการส่งเสริมเท่านั้น และต้องยื่นรายการเพื่อขออนุมัติการนำเข้าวัตถุดิบหรือวัสดุจำเป็นก่อนการนำเข้าไม่น้อยกว่า 2 เดือน

The case has been granted in accordance with section 30 or raw materials needed, it will be used only in export promotion activities only. And must submit a list for approval of import of raw materials or materials required before import no less than 2 months
