1. เปิดการทำงานเครื่องพิมพ์และถาดกระดาษขาออก
2. บรรจุกระดาษลง Auto sheet feeder ในแนวตั้ง
3. ยกฝาครอบเอกสารขึ้นแล้ววางเอกสารบนแผ่นกระจก
4. ค่อยๆปิดฝาครอบเอกสารลงมา
5. กดปุ่ม Paper เพื่อเลือกขนาดและชนิดกระดาษ
6. เลือกจำนวนสำเนา
7. ถ้าต้องการเริ่มถ่ายเอกสาร กดปุ่ม Color หรือ Black
8.ถ้าต้องการยกเลิกการถ่ายเอกสาร กดปุ่ม Stop/Reset
