การรับรองเอกสารการค้าระหว่างประเทศที่ออกโดยหน่วยงานอื่น
สภาอุตสาหกรรมฯ ยังมีบริการรับรองเอกสารการค้าระหว่างประเทศที่ออกโดยหน่วยงานอื่นให้กับผู้ประกอบการ ทั้งที่เป็นสมาชิกสภาอุตสาหกรรมฯ และผู้ประกอบการทั่วไป เช่น Invoice, B/L, Certificate of Free Sale, Health Certificate, Certificate of Pharmaceutical, Beneficial Certification และเอกสารอื่น ๆ
เอกสารประกอบการยื่นขอ รับรองเอกสารการค้าระหว่างประเทศที่ออกโดยหน่วยงานอื่น
- การขอรับการรับรอง Invoice กรุณาแนบ Invoice ต้นฉบับมาด้วย
- การขอการรับรองเอกสารการขนส่ง (B/L/AWB) กรุณาแนบเอกสารการขนส่งต้นฉบับที่ผ่านการรับรองจากผู้รับจัดการขนส่งสินค้าระหว่างประเทศ หรือสำเนาที่ถ่ายจากต้นฉบับที่มีการรับรองจากบริษัทผู้รับจัดการขนส่งสินค้าระหว่างประเทศ
- การขอรับการรับรอง Health Certificate กรุณาแนบ
1. สำเนาใบกำกับราคาสินค้า (Invoice)
2. สำเนาเอกสารการขนส่ง (B/L) หรือ (Airway Bill) หรือเอกสารการขนส่งอื่นๆ
3. สำเนาใบขนสินค้าขาออกจากรมศุลกากร
- การขอรับการรับรอง Certificate of Pharmaceutical กรุณาแนบ

หมายเหตุ
• สำรับใบรับรองเอกสารต่างๆ รวมถึง Certificate of Free Sale ในกรณีที่อยู่ส่งออกมิได้เป็นผู้ผลิต สินค้าเอง หรือกรณีที่เป็นการจ้างผลิต กรุณาแนบเอกสารของผู้ผลิต ดังต่อไปนี้
1. ใบทะเบียนภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (ภ.พ. 20)
2. ใบอนุญาตประกอบกิจการโรงงาน
3. ใบรับรองมาตรฐานโรงงาน
• สภาอุตสาหกรรมฯ อาจมีการร้องขอเอกสารอื่นใดเพิ่มเติมได้ตามความเหมาะสม

นอกจากนี้สภาอุตสาหกรรมฯ ยังมีบริการออกใบรับรองการขาย (Certificate of Free Sale) ซึ่งให้บริการเฉพาะสมาชิกสภาอุตสาหกรรมฯ เท่านั้น
