ระบบสหกรณ์โรงเรียน จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อพัฒนาระบบการจัดการข้อมูลสินค้าให้มีความสะดวกรวดเร็วในการให้บริการ รวมถึงในด้านการจัดการข้อมูลสมาชิก ข้อมูลสินค้า ข้อมูลเงินปันผล ข้อมูลโบนัสกรรมการ และการเผยแพร่ข้อมูลข่าวสารของทางสหกรณ์ โดยการพัฒนาระบบเริ่มจากการรวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสหกรณ์โรงเรียนสหกรณ์ร้านค้าและสอบถามความต้องการของผู้ใช้ระบบ จากนั้นนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาทำการวิเคราะห์ กำหนดปัญหา เสนอแนวทางแก้ปัญหา เลือกแนวทางที่เหมาะสมที่สุด มาทำการวิเคราะห์โดยเขียนรายละเอียดของระบบย่อยแผนภาพกระแสข้อมูล Logical Data Flow Diagram และ Physical Data Flow Diagram จากนั้นออกแบบฐานข้อมูลโดยการเขียน ER-Diagram แปลง ER-Diagram ให้อยู่ในรูป Relation และทำการ Normalization เพื่อลดการซ้ำซ้อนของข้อมูล จากนั้นจึงทำการพัฒนาระบบด้วยการเขียนเว็บไซต์โดยใช้โปรแกรม Macromedia Dreamweaver และใช้ภาษา PHP ติดต่อกับฐานข้อมูล MySQL
ระบบสหกรณ์โรงเรียนที่พัฒนาขึ้นมานั้นมีการแยกการใช้งานออกเป็นสามส่วนโดยส่วนแรกคือส่วนของผู้ดูแลระบบ สามารถ Login เข้ามาจัดการข้อมูลการขายสินค้า จัดการข้อมูลสินค้า จัดการข้อมูลเงินปันผล จัดการข้อมูลสมาชิก และจัดการข้อมูลข่าวสาร ส่วนที่สองคือส่วนของพนักงานขายสินค้า สามารถ Login เข้ามาบันทึกข้อมูลการขายสินค้า สรุปยอดขายประจำวัน ตรวจสอบข้อมูลการขายสินค้า และแก้ไขข้อมูลผู้ใช้งานโดยผ่านระบบเครือข่าย และส่วนที่สามคือส่วนของสมาชิกทั่วไป สามารถ Login เข้ามาตรวจสอบยอดการซื้อสินค้า ตรวจสอบเงินปันผล
