โดยใช้โปรแกรมภาษา PHP เป็นภาษาที่ใช้ในการพัฒนาระบบโดยใช้โปรแกรม Xamp ในการจำลองเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ให้เป็น Web Server และโปรแกรม MySQL เป็นโปรแกรมฐานข้อมูลส่วนในการบริหารจัดการฐานข้อมูลใช้โปรแกรม PHPMyAdmin
