เรื่อง การลดอัตราเงินสมทบกองทุนประกันสังคม
เรียน นายจ้างที่อยู่ในข่ายบังคับตามพระราชบัญญัติประกันสังคม
ด้วยกฎกระทรวง กำหนดอัตราเงินสมกองทุนประกันสังคม พ.ศ.2556 ฉบับลงวันที่ 27 กุมภาพันธ์ 2556 ใช้บังคับตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มกราคม 2556 กำหนดให้ลดอัตราเงินสมทบนายจ้างและผู้ประกันตนจากเดิมในอัตราร้อยละ 5 เป็นดังนี้
งวดค่าจ้างเดือนมกราคม – ธันวาคม 2556 ในอัตราฝ่ายละ ร้อยละ 4 ของค่าจ้างดังต่อไปนี้
- กรณีสมทบเพื่อการจ่ายประโยชน์ทดแทนกรณีประสบอัตรายหรือเจ็บป่วย กรณีคลอดบุตร กรณีทุพพลภาพ และกรณีตาย ให้จ่ายฝ่ายละ 0.5 ของค่าจ้าง
- เงินสมทบเพื่อการจ่าจยประโยชน์ ทดแทนกรณีสงเคราะห์บุตร และกรณีชราภาพ ให้จ่ายอัตราเดิม คือ ฝ่ายละ ร้อยละ 3.0 ของค่าจ้าง
- เงินสมทบเพื่อการจ่ายประโยชน์ทดแทนกรณีว่างงาน ให้จ่ายในอัตราเดิม คือ ฝ่ายละ ร้อยละ 0.5 ของค่าจ้าง
ทั้งนี้ การนำส่งเงินสมทบกองทุนประกันสังคม ตั้งแต่งวดค่าจ้าง เดือนมกราคม 2557 เป็นต้นไป ให้นำส่งในอัตราฝ่ายละ ร้อยละ 5 ของค่าจ้าง ดังเดิม
