การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อมุ่งสำรวจพฤติกรรมการตัดสินใจซื้อที่อยู่อาศัยของประชาชนในกรุงเทพมาหานครในช่วงมาตราการกระตุ้นภาคอสังหาริมทรัพย์ของรัฐออกมาเพื่อทราบถึงการตัดสินใจซื้อของผู้บริโภคในช่วงมาตราการของรัฐว่าเป็นอย่างไร ทำการเก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามโดยการสอบถามจากประชาชนจำนวน 400 คน ในกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต t-test กับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ เพศ ระบบที่ใช้งานและใช้การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-Way Analysis of Variance) กับกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มากกว่า 2 กลุ่มขึ้นไป ได้แก่อายุระดับการศึกษาอาชีพ อายุ รายได้ วุฒิการศึกษา เป็นต้น

ผลการศึกษาพบว่าจากการศึกษากลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งสิ้น 400 คน พบว่ามีสัดส่วนดังนี้เป็นเพศหญิง อายุ 49 ปีขึ้นไป ส่วนใหญ่มีสถานภาพ สมรสหรืออยู่ด้วยกัน มีวุฒิการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรีหรือเทียบเท่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่มีอาชีพข้าราชการ/พนักงานราชการ มีรายได้ต่อเดือนมากกว่า 39,999 บาท และมีสมาชิก ในครอบครัว 3 – 4 คน
