จบปริญาตรีเมื่อไหร่จะไปเป็นเชฟในโรงแรมหรือเชฟในร้านอาหารดังๆ เพื่อหาประสบการณ์และความรู้เพิ่มเติมให้กับตัวเองให้ได้มากที่สุด ก่อนจะเปิดธุรกิจร้านอาหารเป็นของตัวเอง เนื่องจากอาหารเป็นสิ่งที่ฉันชอบมากที่สุดเพราะฉะนั้นต้องเรียนรู้ประสบการณ์ให้มีข้อผิดพลาดน้อยที่สุด รวมถึงได้ทำงานในแบบใหม่ๆเกี่ยวกับการทำอาหารอีกด้วย
รวมถึงอาจจะได้ทำงานอดิเรกที่เราชอบหรืออาจจะเคยชอบอยู่เบื้องหลังอาหารก็ได้ถ้ามีโอกาส แต่อาชีพการเป็นเชฟสำหรับฉัน ไม่ว่าจะหาประสบการณ์ที่ไหน ฉันก็คิดว่าเราได้ประสบการณ์เท่าๆกันถ้าเราสนใจและใส่ใจในอาชีพของเราจริงๆ ถึงตอนนั้นการที่ได้เป็นเชฟที่ไหนก็คงไม่สำคัญเท่ากับการที่เราได้ทำอาชีพที่เรารัก ถึงจะเหนื่อยแต่อย่างน้อยมันก็คือความสุขที่เราเลือก
