ทีมวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจะจัดทำรายงานความคิดเห็นสำคัญทุกสัปดาห์ในรูปแบบของงานนำเสนอ งานเอกสาร และตาราง ซึ่งเป็นความคิดเห็นที่ได้มาจากศูนย์เพื่อนไทยพีบีเอส ทีมมอนิเตอร์คนพิการ และสภาผู้ชม ผู้ฟังรายการไทยพีบีเอส เพื่อที่จะเสนอต่อที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการบริหาร (BOM) ทุกวันอังคาร ส่วนคณะกรรมการนโยบายและคณะอนุกรรมการร้องเรียนจะเสนอเดือนละ 1 ครั้ง ทั้งนี้ทางศูนย์เพื่อนไทยพีบีเอสยังได้ช่วยส่งรายงานความคิดเห็น (hardcopies) โดยตรงไปยังสำนักที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความคิดเห็นของผู้ชมที่ส่งเข้ามา
