สังคมไทยเรามีความต้องการบุคลากรครูเป็นจำนวนมากและที่สำคัญมีครูสอนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษไม่เพียงพอต่อโรงเรียน
จึงส่งผลกระทบต่อระบบการศึกษา นักเรียนไม่ได้เรียนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษเท่าที่ควร
