อดีตเคยมีชีวิตที่ไม่ค่อยดีเท่าไหร่ กับการเรียน การคบเพื่อน การใช้ชีวิตแบบไม่มีเป้าหมาย อยากทำอะไรก็ทำ เป็นคนที่ไม่ค่อยแคร์ใครสักเท่าไหร่ ทำให้ชีวิตดูไม่มีทิศทาง ผลการเรียนไม่ค่อนข้างแย่ เพราะมัวแต่เที่ยวเล่นมากเกินไป ในห้องเรียนก็ไม่ค่อยตั้งใจเรียน อ่านหนังสือก่อนสอบแค่วันเดียว ติดเพื่อนมากจนไม่มีเวลาทำการบ้านส่ง ติดเกมส์ ติดโทรศัพท์จนเสียการเสียงาน ปล่อยเวลาทิ้งไปให้เสียเปล่า ด้วยนิสัยท่ีไม่แคร์ใครทำให้มีปัญหากับเพื่อนอยู่ตลอด เช่น เพื่อนมองว่าเราไม่รัก เพื่อนไม่แคร์เราเหมือนกัน มีอะไรเพื่อนไม่ค่อยช่วยเหลือสักเท่าไหร่ ทำให้เกิดการทะเลาะกันอยู่บ่อยๆ โลกเลยดูแย่ไปหมด รู้สึกผิดหวังท้อแท้กับชีวิต ไม่รู้ว่าควรทำยังไง จนวันนึงมานั่งคิดทบทวนความหลังว่าตัวเองเคยทำอะไรมาบ้าง ผ่านอะไรมาบ้าง ทั้งในเรื่องที่ดีและเรื่องที่ไม่ดี ฉันอยากมีชีวิตใหม่ที่ดีกว่านี้ ฉันต้องมีชีวิตที่ดีกว่านี้ให้ได้ ต่อจากนี้ไป เลยตั้งใจว่าจะทำให้ชีวิตตัวเองต่อจากนี้ดีขึ้นกว่าเดิมให้ได้ โดยการนำเอาอดีตที่ไม่ดีของตัวเองมาพัฒนา เปลี่ยนแปลง ตัวเองให้ดีมากขึ้น มีการกำหนดแผนการใช้ชีวิตให้ตัวเอง ดังนี้
1.มองตัวเองให้มีคุณค่าทุกวัน
ในแต่ล่ะวันจะนึกถึงแต่ความดีของตัวเราเอง เริ่มต้นด้วยการตื่นเช้า ยิ้มให้ตัวเองทุกเช้า นึกเสมอว่าโชคดีแค่ไหนที่เราได้ตื่นขึ้นมาอีกวัน นึกถึงความดีที่เราเคยทำในอดีต เช่นเคยทำบุญ เคยช่วยเหลือคนอื่น เป็นต้น สร้างสิ่งดีๆให้กับชีวิต
2.ทำวันนี้ให้ดีที่สุด
คือการอยู่กับปัจจุบัน การทำปัจจุบันให้ดีที่สุด ทำกิจกรรมในวันนี้ให้ดีที่สุดและเวลานี้ให้ดีที่สุด ทำได้แค่ไหนเอาแค่นั้น ไม่ทุกข์ร้อน
3.มองคนอื่นดี มองโลกในแง่ดี
คิดเสมอว่าคนรอบข้างเราเป็นคนดี เรามีเพื่อนที่ดี มีครอบครัวที่ดี คนรอบข้างเรา สิ่งแวดล้อมเราดีที่สุด
4.มีความหวังและเชื่อว่าอนาคตจะดีเสมอ

5.ปรับปรุงตัวเอง
- การงาน เราจะต้องขยันทำงานให้มากขึ้น มีความอดทน หมั่นหาความรู้ใส่ตัว และกล้าปฏิบัติในสิ่งที่ควรปฏิบัติ
-ครอบครัว จะต้องรักคนในครอบครัวให้มากๆ รู้จักการให้อภัยซึ่งกันและกัน ทำหน้าที่เป็นลูกที่ดี
-สังคม หัดเป็นคนที่แคร์คนอื่นให้มากขึ้น โดยเฉพาะเพื่อน คนใกล้ตัว ช่วยเหลือซึ่งกันและกันให้มากๆ
-ตัวเอง ฉันจะมีการพัฒนาตัวเองอยู่ตลอดเวลา มีความภูมิใจในตัวเอง ให้กำลังใจตัวเองเสมอ และพร้อมที่จะเปลี่ยนแปลงตัวเองไปในทางที่ดีขึ้น
