บริษัทฯ ขอเรียนแจ้งให้ท่านทราบว่าขณะนี้ บริษัทฯ ได้ดำเนินการในส่วนต่างๆ ของห้องชุดเสร็จสิ้นเรียบร้อยแล้ว จึงขอให้ท่านเข้ามาตรวจรับห้องชุดกับทางบริษัท ฯ
โดยหนังสือฉบับนี้ข้าพเจ้า นายศรายุทธ คงจันทร์ ในฐานะนิติกรผู้รับมอบอำนาจจาก บริษัท บิ๊ก ทรี แอสเสท จำกัด ขอให้ท่าน มาตรวจรับห้องชุดเลขที่ 33/5 รหัสห้องชุด E8G1 ชั้น 8 ภายใน 7 วันนับแต่วันที่ท่านได้รับหนังสือฉบับนี้ ตามวันและเวลากระทำการตามปกติของบริษัทฯ หากท่านเพิกเฉยไม่มาตรวจรับห้องชุดภายในวันที่กำหนด บริษัท ฯ ถือว่าท่านได้ตกลงรับสภาพของห้องชุดตามสภาพเป็นอยู่ ณ ปัจจุบันแล้ว
