รัฐมนตรีอาจกำหนดโดยประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษาให้ผู้ประกอบกิจการต้องแจ้งรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลของสารเคมีที่ใช้หรือเก็บรักษาไว้ภายในโรงงาน
