วิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานบริษัทนวพลาสติกอุตสาหกรรม(สระบุรี)จำกัด ประชากรในการศึกษาครั้งนี้คือ พนักงานทั้งหมด 155 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การทดสอบone-way ANOVA และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอย พบว่าปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานบริษัทนวพลาสติกอุตสาหกรรม(สระบุรี)จำกัด พบว่าการพัฒนาองค์กร และการจัดการองค์กร เป็นปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงาน คือ การพัฒนาองค์กรด้านเทคโนโลยี การพัฒนาองค์กรด้านการจัดการความรู้องค์กรการพัฒนาองค์กรด้านโครงสร้างองค์กร การบริหารจัดการองค์กรด้านการวางแผน การบริหารจัดการองค์กรการจัดการองค์กร การบริหารจัดการองค์กรด้านการนำ และการบริหารจัดการองค์กรการควบคุมโดยปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานโดยรวมมีความสัมพันธ์เป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน
