เหตุผลที่ขอเปลี่ยนเนื่องจาก ข้าพเจ้ามีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในการลงบันทึกข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับคำสั่งซื้อของลูกค้า (Suzuki) โดยในสภาพการทำงานปัจจุบันที่ทางลูกค้า มีการปรับเปลี่ยนข้อมูลเป็นรายวัน ประกอบกับระบบคำสั่งซื้อจะถูกออกผ่านระบบ internet ระหว่างช่วงเวลา 13.00 – 15.30 น. โดยข้าพเจ้าจะต้องเข้าไป Download order ทุกวัน ซึ่งภายหลังจากการ Download order แล้ว ข้าพเจ้าจะต้องนำข้อมูลที่ได้ เข้าระบบ FSIB ของทางบริษัทฯ และในขั้นตอนดังกล่าวนั้น ต้องใช้เวลา ประมาณ 4-5 ชั่วโมงในการรอให้ระบบประมวณผลจนกระทั่งกระบวนการดังกล่าวเสร็จสิ้น จากที่กล่าวมาข้างต้น ข้าพเจ้าจะต้องเตรียมงานและข้อมูลเพื่อทำการบันทึกในระบบหลังจากเวลา 09.00 น. เป็นต้นไป ข้าพเจ้าจึงเห็นว่า หากเปลี่ยนแปลงเวลาทำงานปกติของข้าพเจ้าจะเป็นผลดีทั้งของบริษัทฯ และต่อตัวข้าพเจ้า จึงได้เสนอมายังบริษัทฯ เพื่อขอเปลี่ยนแปลงเวลาการทำงานปกติของข้าพเจ้าเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับการทำงานในสภาพการณ์ปัจจุบัน
