(6) ผู้เช่าจะไม่ให้เช่าช่วงและไม่ยอมให้บุคคลอื่นนอกจากบุคคลในครอบครัว (บริวารหรือลูกจ้าง) ของผู้เช่าเข้าอยู่อาศัยในทรัพย์สินที่เช่านั้น
