แนะนำทีม Service งาน PM Machine
- จะต้องมีการคุยตกลงเรื่องการทำงานกันก่อน
- ทาง STM มี Check Sheet ให้
- Standard PM 4 Unit/Day MC Center ขนาดเล็ก,กลาง
- เครื่อง Grillding ขนาดใหญ่ PM 1 Unit/Day
- อยากให้ Maker บังคับเครื่องเองได้ โดยใช้ Handle หรือ ใช้ Control ได้ (แต่ต้องไม่ชน)
- เวลาเจอปัญหาอะไรก็ให้แจ้งก่อนว่ามีของในStockหรือป่าว ถ้ามีของอยากให้ทำการเปลี่ยนเลย หรืออาจซื้อมาเปลี่ยนเลย ในกรณีเล็กๆน้อยๆ
- คนที่เข้ามาทำงานอยากให้มีประสบการณ์ เช่นมา 5 คน
o 1.หัวหน้า 2.คนมีSkill 3.ลูกมือ3คน ประมาณนี้
- การทำงานต้องละเอียดระดับ µm แบบ ต้องระวังเรื่องอุปกรณ์ต่างๆต้องระวังเป็นพิเศษ เช่นการเหยียบขึ้นเครื่องอาจทำให้เกิดความเสียหายกับเครื่องจักรได้
