บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยในครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเรื่องการศึกษาพฤติกรรมการใช้เครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ของเยาวชนในจังหวัดพิษณุโลก ได้ทำการศึกษาทฤษฎี แนวความคิด และงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อใช้เป็นแนวทางในการกำหนดวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย ดังนี้ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะทางประชากรศาสตร์มีความสัมพันธ์กับการใช้เครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ (Social Network) และเพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมของเยาวชนต่อการใช้เครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ (Social Network) โดยงานวิจัยครั้งนี้ทางทีมผู้วิจัยจึงเลือกศึกษาเยาวชนเฉพาะในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดพิษณุโลก ซึ่งเป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีอายุระหว่าง 15 - 18 ปี มีวิธีการเลือกสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ คณะผู้วิจัยใช้วิธีการเลือกสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบช่วงชั้น (Stratified Random Sampling) โดยเลือกกรณีการเลือกสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบความน่าจะเป็น (Probability sampling) ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถามข้อมูล โดยนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้โปรแกรม SPSS for Windows สถิติที่ใช้ใน การวิเคราะห์ได้แก่ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าเฉลี่ยระดับพฤติกรรม การใช้อินเตอร์เน็ตใช้ค่า T-test
ผลการวิจัย ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงมากกว่าเพศชาย ที่มีอายุ 17 ปี ส่วนใหญ่กำลังศึกษาชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 มีรายรับจากผู้ปกครองต่อเดือน คือ ช่วงไม่เกิน 2000 บาท ส่วนใหญ่เคยใช้เครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ (Social Network) เครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ที่ใช้บริการ ส่วนใหญ่ คือ เฟซบุ๊ก (Facebook) มีความถี่ในการใช้เครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ (Social Network) ส่วนใหญ่คือ ใช้เครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ทุกวัน ระยะเวลาในการใช้เครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ (Social Network) ส่วนใหญ่คือ ใช้เครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์มากกว่า 4 ชั่วโมง ช่วงเวลาที่ใช้งานเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์บ่อยที่สุด ส่วนใหญ่คือ ใช้เครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ช่วงเวลา 20:01 น. – 00:00 น. มีการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์มานานส่วนใหญ่คือ ใช้ 2-4 ปี จุดประสงค์ของการใช้บริการเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ (Social Network) ส่วนใหญ่คือเพื่อสนทนา ติดต่อสื่อสาร เชื่อมความสัมพันธ์ สถานที่ใช้บริการเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ (Social Network) บ่อยที่สุด ส่วนใหญ่ คือ บ้าน การเข้าถึงเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ ส่วนใหญ่คือโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ และใช้ระบบในการใช้บริการเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ (Social Network) ส่วนใหญ่คือระบบเติมเงิน ค่าใช้จ่ายระบบเติมเงินในการใช้บริการเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ (Social Network) ส่วนใหญ่คือ 101 – 200 บาท ค่าใช้จ่ายระบบรายเดือนในการใช้บริการเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ (Social Network) ส่วนใหญ่คือ มากกว่า 501 บาท ความคิดเห็นด้านความง่ายในการใช้งานสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ ส่วนใหญ่คือ การใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์จะเพิ่มโอกาสในการเข้าถึงข้อมูลง่ายมากขึ้น ความคิดเห็นด้านอิทธิพลทางสังคมในการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ ส่วนใหญ่คือ เพื่อนมีส่วนกระตุ้นและคิดว่าฉันควรจะใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ ความคิดเห็นด้านสภาพแวดล้อมที่สนับสนุนการใช้เครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ ส่วนใหญ่คือ ฉันมีระบบเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตและอุปกรณ์ที่พร้อมในการใช้ สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ ความคิดเห็นด้านการรับรู้ด้านคุณค่าในการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ส่วนใหญ่คือ การใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์เป็นสิ่งที่จะทำให้ฉันสนุกและเพลิดเพลิน ความคิดเห็นด้านความน่าเชื่อถือในการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ ส่วนใหญ่คือ สื่อสังคมออนไลน์มีสภาพแวดล้อมที่ปลอดภัยในการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูล ความคิดเห็นด้านความสนใจในการใช้งานสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ ส่วนใหญ่คือ ฉันคาดว่าฉันจะใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ต่อไป ความคิดเห็นด้านความคาดหวังในการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ ส่วนใหญ่คือ ฉันรู้สึกพึงพอใจกับการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ และอันดับสุดท้าย คือ โดยภาพรวมการปฏิสัมพันธ์โต้ตอบในสื่อสังคมออนไลน์เป็นที่พึงพอใจอย่างมาก ความคิดเห็นด้านประโยชน์เครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ ส่วนใหญ่คือ ได้รับข้อมูลข่าวสารที่รวดเร็วรองลงมาตามลำดับ ความคิดเห็นด้านผลกระทบที่ได้รับจากการใช้บริการเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ (Social Network) ส่วนใหญ่คือ ไม่สามารถรู้ได้ว่ากำลังสื่อสารกับตัวตนจริงหรือผู้อื่น
