การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการสวมหมวกนิรภัย และเพื่อศึกษาความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับหมวกนิรภัยและกฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับหมวกนิรภัยของนักศึกษา คณะครุศาสตร์ ชั้นปีที่1-4 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุตรดิตถ์
