คำนำ

คู่มือหมอดินอาสา “โครงการพัฒนาหมอดินอาสา ปีงบประมาณ 2557” สถานีพัฒนาที่ดินสุพรรณบุรี สำนักงานพัฒนาที่ดินเขต 1 เล่มนี้ จัดทำโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ให้หมอดินอาสา ซึ่งเป็นตัวแทนของกรมพัฒนาที่ดิน ในการดูแลรักษาทรัพยากรดินของท้องถิ่น มีข้อมูลการจัดการแก้ไขปัญหาความเสื่อมโทรมของดินหรือโรคดินชนิดต่างๆ ที่ทำให้ผลผลิตพืชลดลง คู่มือนี้ได้รวบรวมข้อวินิจฉัยโรค ข้อสังเกต องค์ความรู้ ทั้งตามหลักวิชาการและการประยุกต์ใช้ตามภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น ให้เหมาะสม สอดคล้องกับสภาพปัญหาและทรัพย์กรที่มี เป็นทางเลือกในการดูแล แก้ปัญหาดินและการใช้ประโยชน์ที่ดิน เป็นการให้ยา/การจัดการดิน หากปัญหาของดินสลับซับซ้อน เกินกว่าที่หมอดินอาสาจะให้คำแนะนำได้ หมอดินอาสาสามารถติดต่อกับหมอดินประจำสถานีพัฒนาที่ดินในจังหวัด ให้เข้าตรวจสอบแนะนำ ปรับปรุงแก้ไขต่อไป โดยได้รวบรวมองค์ความรู้ นวัตกรรมต่างๆ ของกรมพัฒนาที่ดินและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เป็นสิ่งที่หมอดินควรรู้และสามารถแนะนำแก่พี่น้องเกษตรกรในท้องถิ่นนั้นๆได้ ทั้งยังเป็นเครื่องมือที่ใช้ทบทวนความรู้สำหรับตัวหมอดินอาสาเอง
