โครงงานวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบระบบเบิกจ่ายวัสดุอุปกรณ์สำนักงานของเทศบาลตำบลเมืองจันทร์(กรณีศึกษา) เพื่อให้มีการใช้งานให้สะดวกยิ่งขึ้น โดยระบบทำงานอยู่ บนWeb Appication
จากการศึกษาระบบงานเดิมนั้นใช้การเก็บข้อมูลในรูปแบบเอกสารที่เป็นกระดาษ ทำให้ใม่สะดวก ต่อการใช้งาน การค้นหาข้อมูลหรือการแก้ไขข้อมูล จากปัญหาเหล่านี้ เมื่อทำการออกแบบระบบ นำไปสู่การพัฒนาระบบเบิกจ่ายวัสดุอุปกรณ์สำนักงาน ที่ง่ายต่อการค้นหาข้อมูลครุภัณฑ์ การแก้ไขข้อมูล โดยการใช้ฐานข้อมูล My SQL ภาษาที่ใช้ในการพัฒนาเป็นภาษา PHP โดยระบบเบิกจ่ายวัสดุอุปกรณ์สำนักงาน ทำงานอยู่บน Web Application
