ตามที่ กรมเจรจาการค้าระหว่างประเทศ จัดประชุมเพื่อพิจารณาการเปิดเสรีรายการสินค้าอ่อนไหวภายใต้ความตกลงอาเซียน-จีน (ACFTA) เมื่อวันศุกร์ที่ 2 ตุลาคม 2558 เวลา 10.00-12.00 น. ณ ห้องรับรอง 1 ชั้น 3 กรมเจรจาการค้าระหว่างประเทศ นั้น

ที่ประชุม มีเรื่องเพื่อพิจารณา 2 เรื่อง คือ
1 การเปิดเสรีเพิ่มเติมตามข้อเสนอของจีนภายใต้ ACFTA
2 วิเคราะห์รายการสินค้าอ่อนไหวสูงภายใต้ ACFTA

​มติ​ที่ประชุม ​​ให้ทุกหน่วยงานพิจารณาสินค้าในรายการสินค้าอ่อนไหว (SL) และรายการสินค้าอ่อนไหวสูง (HSL) ของไทยที่อาจเปิดเสรีเพิ่มเติมภายใต้ ACFTA ได้ เพื่อใช้เป็นท่าทีไทย ในการเจรจาแลกเปลี่ยนให้จีนเปิดเสรีการค้าเพิ่มเติมในสินค้าที่ไทยมีศักยภาพ ​

​​​ในการนี้ สภาหอการค้าแห่งประเทศไทย ขอให้ท่านพิจารณารายการ​ SL และ HSL​​ ที่ไทยอาจเลือกมาเร่งลดภาษี โดยพิจารณาจากรายการในเอกสารแนบ หากมีข้อคัดค้านในรายการใด ให้ชี้แจงเหตุผลที่คัดค้านอย่างละเอียด นอกจากนี้ หากมีรายการสินค้าที่ต้องการเสนอเพิ่มเติม​นอกเหนือ​จากรายการในเอกสารแนบ ก็สามารถเสนอได้ และแจ้ง​กลับให้ทราบ​ เพื่อ​ที่สภาหอการค้าฯ ​​จะประสานไปยังกรมเจรจาฯ ​ประมวลท่าทีการเจรจาการค้าสินค้าภายใต้ ACFTA ต่อไป​ ​ ทั้งนี้ ขอนำส่งรายงานผลการประชุมฯ ตามเอกสารแนบ เพื่อประกอบการพิจารณาเพิ่มเติมค่ะ
