- ใช้โปรแกรม Nas Navigator ค้นหาเครื่องแต่ไม่พบเครื่องในระบบเชื่อมต่อ
- Ping IP ไม่เจอ buffalo ใน Network
- ทดสอบ ใช้ต่อจอมอนิเตอร์โดยตรง พบปัญหร ขึ้น “ Error Loading OS “ แนะนำดูตามไฟร์แนบ


ปัญหาลูกค้าพบเกิดจากสาเหตุอะไร ? มีวิธีการแก้ไขอย่างไร?
