อบรมภาษาแก่ประชาชนฟรี ประชาชนและผู้ประกอบการตบเท้าร่วมอบรมภาษาต่างประเทศรับการขับเคลื่อนของเมืองพัทยาเข้าสู่การเปิดประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน วันนี้ (30 ม.ค.) ที่ห้องประชุมทัพพระยา ศาลาว่าการเมืองพัทยา จ.ชลบุรี ประชาชนและผู้ประกอบการในเขตเมืองพัทยากว่า 200 คน เข้าร่วมพิธีปฐมนิเทศและเปิดโครงการฝึกอบรมภาษาต่างประเทศเพื่อประชาชนประจำปี 2557 ที่มี นายรณกิจ เอกะสิงห์ รองนายกเมืองพัทยาเป็นประธานกล่าวเปิดอย่างเป็นทางการ ทั้งนี้ ด้วยเมืองพัทยาได้เล็งเห็นถึงความสำคัญของการพัฒนาคุณภาพประชาชนท้องถิ่นเพื่อให้สอดรับกับสถานการณ์ในโลกปัจจุบัน จึงได้ดำเนินโครงการฝึกอบรมภาษาต่างประเทศขึ้นเพื่อให้ประชาชนตื่นตัวต่อการเปิดประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียนในปี 2558 ที่ผ่านมาได้ดำเนินการโครงการดังกล่าวติดต่อกันหลายปี ซึ่งในแต่ละปีก็ได้รับการตอบรับอย่างดีจากประชาชนและผู้ประกอบการผู้สนใจ ในปีนี้ได้แบ่งการฝึกอบรมเป็น 3 ภาษา คือ ภาษาจีน มีผู้เข้าร่วม 71 คน ภาษาอังกฤษ มีผู้เข้าร่วม 71 คน และภาษารัสเซียอีก 94 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 236 คน
