การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสภาพปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการบริหารจัดการเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการจัดเก็บขยะมูลฝอยในช่วงเทศกาลของสำนักงานเขตบางรักกรุงเทพมหานคร (2) ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารจัดการเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการจัดเก็บขยะมูลฝอยในช่วงเทศกาลของสำนักงานเขตบางรักกรุงเทพมหานคร และ (3) ศึกษาปัจจัยภายใจและปัจจัยภายนอกที่มีส่วนสำคัญที่ทำให้การบริหารจัดการเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการจัดเก็บขยะมูลฝอยในช่วงเทศกาลของสำนักงานเขตบางรักกรุงเทพมหานคร ผู้ศึกษาได้นำแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับ (1) การบริหารจัดการและการพัฒนา (2) แนวทางการบริหารจัดการกิจการบ้านเมืองที่ดี 7 ด้าน นำมาปรับใช้ 5 ด้าน และ (3) แนวทางการบริหารจัดการกิจการบ้านเมืองที่ดี 7 ด้าน นำมาปรับใช้ 5 ด้าน คำนวณหากลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ได้มาจากสูตรของ Yamane (1973) จากจำนวนประชากรทั้งหมด 14,369 คน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 390 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการจัดเก็บข้อมูลใช้สถิติได้แก่ จำนวน ค่าร้อยละ, ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเป็นเพศชาย และ ส่วนใหญ่มีการศึกษาต่ำกว่าระดับปริญญาตรี (1) สภาพปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการบริหารจัดการเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการจัดเก็บขยะมูลฝอยในช่วงเทศกาลของสำนักงานเขตบางรักกรุงเทพมหานครในภาพรวมมีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน ( =2.72, SD=.222) (2) แนวทางการพัฒนาศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารจัดการเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการจัดเก็บขยะมูลฝอยในช่วงเทศกาลของสำนักงานเขตบางรักกรุงเทพมหานครในภาพรวมเห็นด้วยอยู่ในระดับมาก ( =2.85, SD=.184) (3) ปัจจัยภายใจและปัจจัยภายนอกที่มีส่วนสำคัญที่ทำให้การบริหารจัดการเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการจัดเก็บขยะมูลฝอยในช่วงเทศกาลของสำนักงานเขตบางรักกรุงเทพมหานคร พบว่า โดยรวมมีความคิดเห็นด้วยในระดับมากทั้งปัจจัยภายในและภายนอก ( =2.86, SD= .256) (4) ข้อเสนอแนะ 1) นำแนวทางการพัฒนาตามกรอบแนวคิดการบริหารกิจการบ้านเมืองที่ดี 7 ด้าน ซึ่งนำมาปรับใช้ 5 ด้าน ไปพัฒนาการบริหารจัดการเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการจัดเก็บขยะมูลฝอยของสำนักงานเขตบางรัก กรุงเทพมหานครต่อไป
