จากการสำรวจข้อมูล ปัญหาส่วนใหญ่ที่จะส่งผลกระทบต่อมีงานทำ มีหลากหลายปัญหาไปตามบุคคล และสังคม สภาพแวดล้อมที่อยู่อาศัยก็ส่งผลเช่นกัน
ปัญหาที่พบเป็นจำนวนมากคือ ปัญหาการปรับตัวเข้ากับสังคม บางคนปรับตัวเข้ากับคนอื่นไม่ได้ จนทำให้อาจเกิดปัญหา วิธีแก้ไขปัญหา คือ ควรพยายามที่จะเข้าหาผู้อื่นมาก พยายามเปิดรับฟังความของทุกคน และไม่เอาความคิดตัวเองเป็นใหญ่
ปัญหาเรื่องภาษาต่างประเทศ พบว่า นักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่แสดงความคิดเห็นว่า ปัญญาเรื่องภาษาต่างประเทศทำให้เกิดความกังวลมากเนื่องจากปัจจุบันนี้ ประเทศไทย ได้ก้าวสู่ สังคมอาเซียนซึ่งมีภาษาอังกฤษเป็นภาษาที่ใช้ในการสื่อสาร ภาษาจึงเป็นตัวแปรสำคัญมากที่จำให้มีงานทำ วิธีการแก้ไขปัญหา คือ การเรียนภาษาจนสามารถใช้ภาษาได้อย่างดีและเชี่ยวชาญ และมากกว่านั้นควรฝึกฝนและทบทวนภาษาอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
ปัญหาเรื่องไม่รู้ว่าตนเองอยากทำงานอะไร นักศึกษาหลายคนเมื่อเรียนอยู่หรือใกล้จบ ก็เกิดความสับสนว่า สิ่งที่เรียนมาจะใช้ในการประกอบการทำงานได้ไหม หรือ อยากทำงานแต่ไม่ตรงกับสาขาที่ตนเองเรียนจึงไม่กล้าที่จะสมัครงาน ส่งผลให้ไม่มีงานทำได้ วิธีแก้ไขปัญหาคือ ลองทำจากสิ่งที่ไม่ชอบก่อนเพื่อรู้ว่าไม่ชอบอะไรเมื่อรู้ว่าไม่ชอบอะไรก็จะรู้ว่าตัวเองชอบอะไรง่ายขึ้น อยากที่จะทำอะไร และสามารถนำความรู้ตามสาขาที่ตัวเองเรียนมาปรับใช้ ในงานที่ตัวเองทำและตั้งใจทำงานให้ดีที่สุด
