ตั้งอยู่ที่ถนนเขื่อนธานีตัดกับถนนอุปราช เป็นอาคารปั้นหยาชั้น เดียว สร้างเมื่อ พ.ศ. 2461 เดิมใช้เป็นศาลากลางจังหวัด ต่อมาทางจังหวัดได้มอบอาคารหลังนี้ให้กรมศิลปากร เพื่อจัดตั้งเป็นพิพิธภัณฑสถานแห่งชาติอุบลราชธานี ภายในมีการจัดแสดงเรื่องราวท้องถิ่น ได้แก่ สภาพภูมิศาสตร์ ประวัติการตั้งเมือง โบราณวัตถุซึ่งเป็นหลักฐานทางด้านศิลปโบราณคดี หัตถกรรมพื้น บ้าน การละเล่นพื้นเมือง และเครื่องใช้ของเจ้าเมืองอุบล เปิดให้เข้าชมทุกวัน เว้นวันจันทร์ อังคาร และวัน หยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ เวลา 09.00-16.00 น. ราคาค่าเข้าชม ผู้ใหญ่ 10 บาท เด็ก 5 บาท
