นิยามของประชาธิปไตย
“ประชาธิปไตย” พิจารณาตามรูปศัพท์ หมายถึงระบบการปกครองที่ประชาชนเป็นเจ้าของอ านาจ
อธิปไตย ในประเทศจีน ซึ่งนักวิชาการตะวันตกไม่ถือว่ามีการปกครองในระบอบประชาธิปไตย ผู้น าพรรค

กรรมสิทธิ์ในการปกครอง และเป้าหมายของการปกครอง แต่ในทัศนะของลินคอล์น ประชาธิปไตยต้องกิน
