Measuring the value receivable (Valuation of account receivables)
bad debts (Bad debt) means a creditor who has tracked the most unabashed claim, but does not receive credit and accounts receivable from disposals. Shown as an expense in the profit and loss statement
. Doubtful (Doubtful debt/Doubtful accounts) means that debtors are expected to keep the money and not regarded as a period expense-account
. Total allowance (Allowance for doubtful accounts) means the amount set aside for the receivables is expected to be charged, it is not the value adjustment accounts set up to appear as withdrawal from accounts receivable in the financial statement.
