บทคัดย่อ

วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย 1.) เพื่อศึกษาความเสี่ยงด้านความปลอดภัยหรือภัยคุกคามของเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศที่เกิดขึ้นในปัจจุบัน 2.)เพื่อศึกษาวิธีการป้องกันและแนวทางการแก้ไขของเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ 3.)เพื่อศึกษาแนวโน้ม กรณีศึกษา และงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง ปัจจุบันกำลังจะเข้าสู่สมาคมสหประชาชาติเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้หรืออาเซียน เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศจึงมีบทบาทสำคัญอย่างยิ่งที่จะขับเคลื่อนองค์กรทั้งหน่วยงานภาครัฐและภาคเอกชนให้สามารถดำเนินงานได้อย่างเต็มรูปแบบ และเตรียมความพร้อมด้านบุคลากร ซอฟต์แวร์ ฮาร์ดแวร์ ระบบเน็ตเวิร์ค และความมั่นคงด้านการรักษาความปลอดภัยให้มีประสิทธิภาพโดยมีทีมผู้เชี่ยวชาญเป็นผู้ดูแล ทางด้านภัยคุกคามเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศที่เกิดขึ้นในปัจจุบัน มีรูปแบบการโจมตีของผู้ไม่หวังดีหรืออาชญากรด้วยกันหลายวิธี โดยเลือกกลุ่มเป้าหมายในภาคธุรกิจนำไวรัสที่ถูกคิดค้นพัฒนาใหม่ เช่น ม้าโทรจัน.พีดีเอฟ มัลแวร์ แรนซอฟต์แวร์ เข้าไปเจาะระบบหวังจะทำลายข้อมูลหรือนำข้อมูลไปขายต่อให้กับบริษัทคู่แข่งขันหรือใช้วิธีการเรียกค่าไถ่โดยการล็อกข้อมูลทั้งหมดจนกว่าจะจ่ายเงินตามที่ผู้ไม่หวังดีต้องการ และอาจจะนำข้อมูลไปเผยแพร่ข้อมูลสู่สาธารณะบนโลกอินเตอร์เน็ต ซึ่งทีมผู้เชี่ยวชาญได้ศึกษารูปแบบการป้องกันและคิดวิธีการแก้ไขโดยศึกษาทั้งงานวิจัยในประเทศ ต่างประเทศ และบริษัทชั้นนำ เช่น บริษัท Trend Mirco บริษัท Kaspersky Lab เป็นต้น ทั้งนี้เพื่อไม่ให้ส่งผลกระทบต่อการบริหารจัดการและการดำเนินงานภายในองค์กรระดับอาเซียน
