บทคัดย่อ

การสร้างขวัญและกำลังใจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศูนย์เครือข่ายยาบี-คอลอที่มีต่อครูภายใต้ เหตุการณ์ความไม่สงบมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาวิธีการสร้างขวัญและกำลังใจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศูนย์เครือข่ายคุณภาพยาบี-คอลอที่มีต่อครูภายใต้เหตุการณ์ความไม่สงบ 2) เพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะวิธีการสร้างขวัญกำลังใจ ตามความคิดเห็นของครูในศูนย์เครือข่ายคุณภาพยาบี- คอลอ แก่ผู้บริหารและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้วิจัย เป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและคณะครูที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในศูนย์เครือข่ายคุณภาพยาบี-คอลอ อำเภอหนองจิก จังหวัดปัตตานี เป็นผู้บริหารจำนวน 6 คน ครูผู้สอนจำนวน 6 คนรวมทั้งสิ้น 12 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกเป็นรายบุคคล
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
วิธีการสร้างขวัญและกำลังใจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศูนย์เครือข่ายคุณภาพยาบี-คอลอที่มีต่อ
ครูภายใต้เหตุการณ์ความไม่สงบ ผู้บริหารจะมีการประชุมคณะครูและชี้แจงให้มีการระมัดระวังในการเดินทางมาปฏิบัติหน้าที่ มีการพบปะพูดคุยให้กำลังใจในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่โดยการถามไถ่ปัญหา มีการยกย่องชมเชยและมอบของขวัญในโอกาสต่างๆ มีการนำคณะครูไปศึกษาดูงานนอกสถานที่สามจังหวัดชายแดนใต้ เพื่อสร้างแรงจูงใจในการทำงานและลดความตึงเครียดจากการทำงานในพื้นที่สามจังหวัดชายแดนใต้ ส่งเสริมการทำงานเป็นทีม เป็นระบบ เพื่อช่วยเหลือซึ่งกันและกัน มาปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในโรงเรียนอย่างสม่ำเสมอเพื่อเป็นขวัญกำลังใจไม่ทอดทิ้งครูให้อยู่ลำพัง มีการสนับสนุนและเป็นที่ปรึกษาให้ครูได้รับวิทยฐานะ และพิจารณาความดี ความชอบอย่างเท่าเทียม นอกจากนี้ผู้บริหารมีการส่งเสริมความเข้มแข็งในชุมชนเพื่อให้ชุมชนเป็นเกราะป้องกันความปลอดภัยแก่คุณครูและมีการบริหารงานโดยใช้โรงเรียนเป็นฐาน
ข้อเสนอแนะวิธีการสร้างขวัญกำลังใจ ตามความคิดเห็นของครู ในศูนย์เครือข่ายคุณภาพยาบี-
คอลอ แก่ผู้บริหารและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง คือมีความต้องการให้ผู้บริหารสนับสนุนในเรื่องของการจัดทำวิทยฐานะอย่างเต็มที่ ส่งเสริมให้ครูเข้าร่วมฝึกอบรมเพื่อพัฒนาตนเองโดยมีเขตพื้นที่ให้การดูแลอย่างใกล้ชิด มีการถามไถ่ทุกข์ สุขไม่ทิ้งให้โดดเดี่ยว ต้องการให้มีรถตู้ประจำโรงเรียนเพื่อทำหน้าที่รับส่งครูที่มาปฏิบัติหน้าที่ เดินทางมาโดยพร้อมเพรียงกัน ต้องการได้รับได้ความสะดวกในการจัดซื้ออาวุธปืน ต้องการความเห็นอกเห็นใจจากผู้บริหารในการทำงาน การพิจารณาความดี ความชอบอย่างเท่าเทียม จัดให้มีการนำคณะครูไปศึกษาดูงานนอกพื้นที่สามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ และมีการเลี้ยงสังสรรค์ในโอกาสต่างๆอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
