บทนำ

1.1 ที่มาและความสำคัญ
ปัจจุบันทั่วโลกรวมถึงประเทศไทย กำลังเผชิญกับปัญหาด้านพลังงาน ทั้งในด้านราคาที่สูงขึ้น การขาดแคลนในอนาคตอันใกล้ รวมไปถึงปัญหาโลกร้อนซึ่งส่วนหนึ่งมาจากการใช้น้ำมัน และพลังงานที่มากขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่องตามการขยายตัวของเศรษฐกิจพลังงานทดแทน จากธรรมชาติ ซึ่งเป็นพลังงานที่ใช้ได้ไม่มีวันหมด และ ใช้แล้วไม่ทำลายสิ่งแวดล้อม เช่น พลังงานชีวภาพ พลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ พลังงานลม รวมทั้งพลังงานอันเกิดจากพืชการเกษตรพลังงาน
ปัญหาเหล่านี้จึงได้รับความสนใจจากภาครัฐและเอกชน เกิดการส่งเสริมให้มีการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีอย่างกว้างขวางในประเทศต่างๆ ทั่วโลก ด้วยตระหนักว่า “พลังงานทดแทน เป็นทางออกที่ยั่งยืน ที่จะช่วยให้เกิดความมั่นคงด้านเศรษฐกิจ ขณะเดียวกันยังช่วยบรรเทาปัญหาโลกร้อน และภัยพิบัติต่างๆ”
ปี 2550 บริษัท บางจากฯ (มหาชน) จึงได้ริเริ่มโครงการ สุดยอดเยาวชนพลังงานทดแทน เพื่อส่งเสริมการให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับพลังงานทดแทน กับนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาทั่วประเทศ ภายใต้แนวคิด THAILAND GO GREEN ซึ่งในแต่ละปี บริษัท บางจากฯ (มหาชน) และสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ได้กำหนดหัวข้อการประกวดและรูปแบบการประกวด โดยเน้นให้เป็นกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้นอกห้องเรียนที่สามารถเผยแพร่ได้ในวงกว้าง ทั้งในระดับโรงเรียน ผู้ปกครอง และยังให้นักเรียนผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการฯ ขยายไปสู่ชุมชน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นโรงเรียนใกล้เคียง และประชาชนทั่วไปที่อาศัยอยู่ในชุมชนใกล้โรงเรียนด้วย
สำหรับโรงเรียนจันทร์ประดิษฐารามวิทยาคมเป็นสถานศึกษาที่ได้เข้าร่วมโครงการดังกล่าว ด้วยตระหนักปัญหาที่จะเกิดขึ้นในอนาคตข้างหน้า จึงได้จัดรูปแบบการเรียนการสอนในหัวเรื่องการประหยัดพลังงาน อีกทั้งยังมีการจัดนิทรรศการในหัวข้อ “ฉลาดกิน ฉลาดอยู่ ฉลาดใช้พลังงานทดแทน วิถีไทยสู่สังคมสีเขียว” ในวันที่ ดังนั้นผู้วิจัยจึงสนใจ ศึกษาพฤติกรรมการประหยัดพลังงานไฟฟ้าของนักเรียนโรงเรียนจันทร์ประดิษฐารามวิทยาคมภายใต้โครงการTHAILAND GO GREEN เพราะ พลังงานเป็นพลังงานที่นักเรียนโรงเรียนจันทร์ประดิษฐารามวิทยาคมใช้กันอยู่ในชีวิตประจำวันและเป็นประจำ จึงมีความสำคัญมาก อีกทั้งในฐานะที่โรงเรียนจันทร์ประดิษฐารามวิทยาคมได้เข้าร่วมโครงการดังกล่าว ผู้ศึกษาจึงเลือกศึกษาพฤติกรรมการประหยัดพลังงานไฟฟ้า โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนช่วงชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายโรงเรียนจันทร์ประดิษฐารามวิทยาคม ซึ่งสามารถนำผลการวิจัยไปและวิธีการที่ได้รับไปปรับใช้กับโรงเรียนจันทร์ประดิษฐารามวิทยาคมให้มีประสิทธิภาพต่อไป

1.2 วัตถุประสงค์
1. เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการประหยัดพลังงานและการใช้พลังงานไฟฟ้าของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมปลายของโรงเรียนจันทร์ประดิษฐารามวิทยาคม
2. เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการใช้ไฟฟ้าของโรงเรียนจันทร์ประดิษฐารามวิทยาคม

1.3 สมมุติฐาน
1.3.1 ตัวแปรต้น : พฤติกรรมการประหยัดพลังงานของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย
1.3.2 ตัวแปรตาม :พฤติกรรมการประหยัดพลังงานของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย
1.3.3 ตัวแปรควบคุม : เพศ ช่วงชั้นการศึกษา นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย


1.4 ประโยชนน์ที่คาดว่าจะได้รับ
1. ทำให้ทราบถึงรูปแบบการส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมการประหยัดพลังงานของบุคลากรและนักเรียนโรงเรียนจันทร์ประดิษฐารามวิทยาคม
2. นำผลของโครงการวิจัยที่ได้ไปปรับใช้เป็นแนวทางในการกำหนดมาตรการปฏิบัติในการใช้พลังงานไฟฟ้า
