บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพสังคม และเศรษฐกิจของผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในการขึ้นทะเบียนเกษตรกร 2) ความรู้ ความเข้าใจ ของผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในการขึ้นทะเบียนเกษตรกร3) ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความจำเป็นในการพัฒนา/ปรับปรุงการขึ้นทะเบียนเกษตรกร 4) เปรียบเทียบสภาพทางสังคม เศรษฐกิจ ความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และความคิดเห็น เกี่ยวกับแนวทางการพัฒนาการขึ้นทะเบียนเกษตรกร ของเกษตรกรและอาสาสมัครเกษตรหมู่บ้าน 5) แนวทางการพัฒนาการขึ้นทะเบียนเกษตรกรเพื่อการส่งเสริมการเกษตร
ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้แบ่งเป็น 3 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ เกษตรกรในอำเภอปางศิลาทองที่ขึ้นทะเบียนเกษตรกร จำนวน 4,122 ราย ทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่ายได้ขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 119 ราย อาสาสมัครเกษตรหมู่บ้านในอำเภอปางศิลาทอง จำนวน 42 ราย และเจ้าหน้าที่ส่งเสริมการเกษตรที่มีตำแหน่งประจำสำนักงานเกษตรอำเภอปางศิลาทอง จำนวน 4 ราย เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าต่ำสุดและค่าสูงสุด ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ Independent Samples Test (t-test )
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย อายุเฉลี่ย 50.07 ปี จบการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ประกอบอาชีพทำไร่ มีพื้นที่ถือครองรวมทั้งหมดเฉลี่ย 38.86 ไร่ มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการดำเนินการขึ้นทะเบียนเกษตรกรในระดับมาก มีระดับความจำเป็นของการพัฒนาการดำเนินการขึ้นทะเบียนเกษตรกรในระดับปานกลาง อาสาสมัครเกษตรหมู่บ้านส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย อายุเฉลี่ย 48.26 ปี จบการศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย/ปวช. ประกอบอาชีพทำนา มีพื้นที่ถือครองรวมทั้งหมดเฉลี่ย 40.93 ไร่ มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการดำเนินการขึ้นทะเบียนเกษตรกรในระดับมาก มีระดับความจำเป็นของการพัฒนาการดำเนินการขึ้นทะเบียนเกษตรกรในระดับปานกลาง 2)อาสาสมัครเกษตรหมู่บ้านมีรายได้นอกภาคเกษตรทั้งหมด และรายได้รายได้รวมทั้งหมดมากกว่าเกษตรกร 3) อาสาสมัครเกษตรหมู่บ้านมีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินการขึ้นทะเบียนเกษตรกรมากกว่าเกษตรกร 4) แนวทางการพัฒนาการขึ้นทะเบียนเกษตรของอำเภอปางศิลาทองระหว่างอาสาสมัครเกษตรหมู่บ้านและเกษตรกรในภาพรวมไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน
