ตามที่บริษัท ไทย เฮอร์ริค จำกัด หน่วยงานปราจีนบุรี มีนโยบายให้มีการมอบโล่เพื่อแสดงความขอบคุณกับพนักงานที่ทำงานกับบริษัทฯ ด้วยดีเป็นต้นมา โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อยกย่องประกาศเกียรติคุณ และเป็นขวัญและกำลังใจในการทำงาน ในปีนี้มีผู้เข้ารับโล่รางวัลอายุงาน ๑๕ ปีจำนวน ๑ ราย อายุงาน ๑๐ปีจำนวน ๗ ราย และอายุงาน ๕ปีจำนวน ๑๔ ราย
หน่วยงานไทย เฮฮร์ริค ปราจีนบุรี ได้รับมอบหมายให้จัดงานมอบโล่พนักงาน โดยได้เรียนเชิญกรรมการผู้จัดการบริษัทฯ เป็นผ็มอบโล่รางวัล ในปีนี้ โดยจัดขึ้นในพื้นที่หน่วยงานปราจีนบุรี
พนักงานทุกได้ปฏิบัติงานกับบริษัทฯ มาด้วยความวิริยะ อุตสาหะ ขยันหมั่นเพียร มีความซื่อสัตย์ต่อหน้าที่และตั้งใจทำงานผลงานดีเด่นตลอดมา ด้วยผลลิตที่ผ่านมาของบริษัทฯเป็นสิ่งยืนยันผลงาน ผู้ที่ได้รับโล่รางวัลในครั้งนี้ เพื่อสร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์กรที่ดีและได้ที่ปฏิบัติสืบต่อกันมายาวนาน เพื่อความมั่นคงและยั่งยืนได้ต่อไปของหน่วยงานไทย เฮฮร์ริค ปราจีนบุรีต่อไป
