งานวิจัยนี้จัดทำมาเพื่อทำการศึกษาประโยชน์ของส่วนเสริม Filter ของโปรแกรม Disco เพื่อนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์ในการทำเหมืองข้อมูลสูงสุด โดยใช้ข้อมูลการลงทะเบียนเรียนของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยแห่งหนึ่งในประเทศไทยเพื่อเป็นข้อมูลตัวอย่าง ในการทดลองใช้ Filter ทั้ง 6 รูปแบบคือ Timeframe, Variation, Performance, Endpoints, Attribute และ Follower เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบการใช้และผลลัพธ์ที่แตกต่างกันออกไป
จากผลการวิจัยทำให้ได้เห็นถึงความเป็นไปได้ในการประยุกต์ใช้งาน Filter ทั้ง 6 รูปแบบเพื่อสะดวกต่อการเลือกข้อมูลมาแสดงผล โดยการนำข้อมูลที่ไม่ตรงตามความต้องการออกไปจาก Event Log เพื่อการวิเคราะห์เหมืองกระบวนการอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและสะดวกต่อทั้งผู้วิเคราะห์และผู้บริหารที่จะนำผลการวิเคราะห์และ Model ไปพัฒนาองค์กรในลำดับถัดไป

By providing the information that does not meet the requirements from the Event Log to analyze mine process efficient and convenient for both users and administrators to apply the Model to the analysis of results and the development of the enterprise in the next series.
